Rates

For our individual headshot sessions, the rate is $225 per person. However, we believe in rewarding larger groups with significant discounts through our sliding scale pricing. For truly sizable gatherings of 30 people or more, our special rate becomes exceptionally affordable at just $72 per person, making it more affordable than ever to capture professional headshots for your entire team.

Please note that for photos taken outdoors or at your office with a natural in-office background or wall, there is a $75 call-out fee. If you'd like us to bring one of our studio backgrounds to your office, there will be a $150 call-out/setup fee instead. There is no call-out fee if you choose to visit our studio.

What’s included

Each session typically takes around 5-10 minutes per person and includes 5-10+ fully edited high-resolution JPEG images per individual. These costs are all-inclusive, and you will receive access to your own private online gallery. This gallery allows you to view and download your photos from anywhere in the world, and it's designed for easy sharing—simply forward the email to share the images with others.

Different types of Shoots:

Studio with In-Office Convenience

We can setup our studio equipment in your office for maximum convenience. You have two choices in terms of what style you would like:

1. Studio-Style In-Office Shoot:

   We can bring our studio backgrounds and lighting setup to your chosen location, recreating the professional look we achieve in our studio. We offer a selection of nine different background colours, including options like white, dark grey, light grey, black, cream, and various textured coloured backdrops.

2. Natural In-Office Background:

   Alternatively, we can capture your headshots using an in-office background or wall, providing a more authentic and natural working environment look. Please note that for studio-style photos in your office, we'll need a reasonably spacious area, but we can discuss this option further to accommodate your needs.

Outdoor:

If you prefer an outdoor setting, you have the freedom to choose a location that suits your style, whether it's a vibrant cityscape like downtown or a serene natural green environment.
